Latin Events Calendar answers one question: where can I dance tonight? It lists Latin dance socials and nights from a growing set of cities, on the website and in the Latin Events app for iPhone.

Where do the listings come from?

From the community's shared calendar, other public dance calendars, and events people submit. Automated tools check selected cities for new events, and the calendar refreshes throughout the day. Times are local to each event. Recurring nights are projected ahead, so confirm with the organizer before you go.

An event is wrong or cancelled

Open the event and tap Report a problem. Choose what's wrong and, if you like, what's correct. When several people report the same night as cancelled, the calendar marks it.

An event is missing

Use Submit an event on the website or in the app. It appears for everyone once it's approved. Social dances and Latin nights are listed; classes on their own aren't.

Notifications

• In the app, go to Profile → Notifications to turn them on or off.
• Today in your region arrives around 1 PM on days with events. You can limit it to the dance styles you like.
• Saved event reminders arrive at 10 AM on the day of each event you saved.
• If nothing arrives, check that notifications are allowed for Latin Events in your iPhone's Settings.

Changing your city or region

On the website, use the region menu at the top. In the app, tap City / Region on Home or in Profile.

Deleting your data

There are no accounts. In the app, Profile → Delete my data removes your phone from our notification list and clears your saved events. To remove a suggestion or report you sent, email us. See the privacy policy for details.
